Work With ALZA

Simple fuel systems for dancers, club athletes, and the parents who fuel them.

Your dancer has a 7 AM call time, three routines, one solo, and awards at bedtime.

Your club athlete has a doubleheader, a long drive, and somehow the game plan is one banana and blind optimism.

Respectfully… we need a better plan.

ALZA turns performance nutrition into simple fuel systems real families can actually use: what to pack, when to fuel, how to hydrate, how to recover, and when supplements do — or absolutely do not — make sense.

No food fear. No meal-prep Olympics. No “just eat cleaner” nonsense.

Just practical, performance-focused nutrition education for busy families.

For Parents

ALZA Fuel List

The easiest place to start. Join the ALZA Fuel List for simple fuel ideas, dance bag checklists, tournament cooler guides, grocery cart inspiration, hydration tips, and launch updates as new resources become available.

This is for the parent who is already doing the most and just wants someone to say: “Here’s what to buy. Here’s what to pack. Here’s when to use it.”

Best for dance parents, club sports parents, busy families, tournament weekends, competition days, practice nights, and kids who cannot keep running on snacks and vibes.

For Dance Studios + Club Teams

ALZA Studio + Team Workshops

Bring ALZA to your dance studio, club team, gym, or youth performance program for practical nutrition education that parents and athletes can actually understand.

Workshops can be tailored for dance studios, club sports teams, cheer programs, youth performance groups, parent education nights, competition or tournament prep, and team wellness programming.

Topics may include before-practice and before-game fuel; competition and tournament day nutrition; hydration basics; recovery snacks and meals; supplement safety for young athletes; brain, sleep, energy, and performance; and fueling without diet culture or food stress.

This is not a lecture that makes parents feel behind. It is a practical reset for families already driving to practices, packing bags, buying the gear, paying the fees, and wondering what the hell to feed the kid before warmups.

Food first. Hydration second. Sleep always. Supplements only when appropriate.

ALZA Favorites is a curated place for trusted hydration, recovery, protein, sleep, and foundational wellness tools. Not every athlete needs supplements. Most young athletes need better basics first: enough food, enough fluids, enough sleep, and a repeatable plan that works on real school-practice-competition schedules.

When supplements are appropriate, ALZA focuses on simple, safe, high-quality options — with parent involvement and medical guidance when needed.

Some links may be affiliate or practitioner links. Supplements are optional and should be reviewed with a parent or guardian and an appropriate healthcare provider, especially for minors, medications, medical conditions, allergies, or competitive sport requirements.

The ALZA Approach

ALZA is brain-first, performance-focused, and parent-friendly. We teach families how to support energy, focus, mood, recovery, growth, and performance through realistic nutrition systems.

Fuel before the crash. Hydrate before the headache. Recover before the next practice. Support the body without shrinking it. Build capable athletes, not stressed-out eaters.

ALZA is not here to make food complicated. ALZA is here to make fueling feel doable.

Responsible Education

ALZA provides performance nutrition education and coaching. This is not medical nutrition therapy and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace care from a physician, registered dietitian, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

Young athletes with medical conditions, suspected eating disorders, RED-S concerns, growth concerns, therapeutic diets, medication interactions, allergies, or supplement questions should be supported by the appropriate healthcare team.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Tell us who you are — parent, studio owner, coach, or club organization — and what your real schedule looks like. Early practices? Long rehearsals? Weekend tournaments? Competition days? Travel chaos? A child who somehow has cleats, lashes, water, and absolutely no actual food?

We’ll point you toward the right next step.
